do I order?
On any product page, simply press the "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to your shopping
cart. From there you can submit your credit card payment details through our secure, encrypted server protected by Verisign or you can choose to pay through the PayPal checkout site. PayPal is a trusted eBay company. *For personalized items, don't forget to type in the name of the recipient before checking out.
Can
I track my order?
Yes, orders will be shipped either via
UPS or USPS at our discretion and will have a tracking number. However, please
note that drop-ship items (such as personalized items) are shipped from another
location and we ask that you please allow 7 business days before requesting tracking
information. For all other items, you will be forwarded tracking information via
e-mail once the item is shipped. If for some reason you don't receive this e-mail,
call us and we'll be glad to give you a tracking number.
How
long until I get my order?
All orders will be processed
within 2 business days. Personalized and drop-shipped items will then be sent
for further processing and shipment. These items will take longer to receive as
noted in the product description (usually at least 2 weeks for delivery.) All
other items will be shipped immediately after the order is processed and should
arrive within 5 business days. If there is a stock shortage on an item, you will
be notified within 2 business days with the estimated time of when more stock
will arrive.
Can
I have my order shipped express?
We can offer any of the
UPS express shipping options available for your area including Next Day Air, 2nd
Day Air, and 3 Day Select. These options cannot be chosen online so please give
us a call at 1-800-378-6286 (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST Monday-Friday) to inquire about or
place an order with express shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Personalized and drop-shipped items cannot be expressed due to processing and
some manufacturing times. We cannot speed up the delivery for those items.
Do
you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we are only
shipping Affys.com items within the Contiguous United States.
Is
it safe to order online with my credit card?
Yes, much safer
than you think. Although many people are nervous about online monetary transactions,
you are more likely to have your credit card information stolen through hand to
hand transactions with gas stations, grocery stores and the like. We are an established company and have served thousands of customers through online, telephone,
and mail in ordering. If you don't feel comfortable ordering online, simply call
us at 1 800 378-6286, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST.
Do
I have to pay tax on the items I'm ordering?
You are not
responsible for any taxes unless the recipient lives in the state of Virginia
where we are located. Virginia state tax is currently 5.0%.
Will

the case of a damaged shipment, please contact us so we can begin a claim investigation.
Damage or mistakes on any personalized Item must be reported within 48 hours after
receipt. If we receive a package past the 30 day period and/or an item is used,
damaged, washed, worn, or is without original packaging, we will either not accept
it or a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply.
When
I check out using PayPal, it says Giftys.com. What is Giftys.com?
Giftys.com is a gift shop portal (where
you'll find many gift shops represented.) Affys.com is a division of Giftys.com, which is owned by Drum Bum, Inc.
Can
I combine my Affys.com purchase with an order I placed from one of your
other websites?
No. At this time all purchases from Affys.com
will ship separately.

No, not at this time.

you have a size chart for your T-shirts?
Yes, we do. All of the T-shirts on Affys are available in adult sizes only. Not all
T-shirts are available in every size that is listed in this size chart. The approximate
measurements for the T-shirt sizes are below:
